Supports families and individuals experiencing a life-threatening illness, during the terminal stage and grieving process. Hospice volunteers offer one-to-one support, and speakers offer public education and workshops. Bereavement services include lay counselling, drop-in and closed grief support groups for adults and teens, weekly walking groups, and mail-out of information packages.
Office hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm. Funded by FH.
