A free, confidential 7-day, 24-hour Distress Line for people experiencing emotional distress. The line is staffed by trained volunteers who offer immediate support, listening and resource information. The centre also offers professional development training workshops and seminars focused primarily towards the corporate, human resources and social services sectors.
